| 17. oversees public relations activities for the Seminary. | | | | | |
| 18. oversees the marketing and communications efforts of the Seminary. | | | | | |
| 19. hires, trains, supervises and evaluates the staff of the Office of Advancement. | | | | | |
| 20. oversees all marketing, communications, alumni and fundraising-related publications and mailings. | | | | | |
| 21. encourages the professional development of the Office of Advancement Staff by facilitating their participation in meaningful educational programs. | | | | | |
| 22. conducts an annual evaluation of the Office of Advancement staff. | | | | | |
