As the Ordinary or DOV of a Diocese which has alumni of the Pontifical College Josephinum College of Liberal Arts, we ask that you provide us with a confidential evaluation of the skills and behaviors the graduates have gained from the Josephinum Formation Program from the following date range 2021-2024. *Please submit by June 30, 2025.

Human Formation
