Josephinum Hospitality Ambassadors are an internal volunteer corps of the Pontifical College Josephinum that strives to enhance the public visibility of the seminary, provide event hospitality, and share the seminary’s rich history and mission in various contexts. Hospitality Ambassadors support the Josephinum’s mission of forming priests for the 21st century who are holy, generous, adaptable, and resilient. Tour Promotions – Spread the word that the Josephinum welcomes outside guests to visit and learn more about the campus, history, and mission.
Tour Bookings – Communicate with prospective tour groups/individuals and serve as a liaison between outside groups and the Advancement Office.
Tour Guides – Provide a professional and memorable tour experience for guests by navigating them around campus and engaging them in conversation.
Docents/Tour Guide Area Experts – Learn more in depth about a particular space on campus. Learn how to present on this space to any given audience and to make it an engaging/interactive experience for guests.
Greeters/Registration – Be a welcoming, positive “face of the Josephinum” as you greet guests upon check in and provide them with tour materials.
Fundraising Event Host – Check this box if you are interested in hosting a fundraiser at your home or business.
Meet-and-Greets – Check this box if you are interested in hosting a lunchtime Meet-and-Greet at your place of business. A speaker’s bureau is available during daytime working hours.
